Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan gives you access to webhook forwarding, request logs, and the CLI. You can upgrade at any time to unlock higher limits and features like request replay.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Solo or Team at any time from your billing dashboard. Your URLs, logs, and settings are all preserved.
What happens if I exceed my webhook limit?
New incoming webhooks will be rejected until your next billing cycle starts. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.
What are Static URLs?
Static URLs are your permanent webhook endpoints. You configure external services to send webhooks to these URLs, and wrelay forwards them to your local machine.
What does “concurrent connections” mean?
It's the number of CLI sessions that can listen to the same webhook URL at the same time. Solo allows 5 and Team allows 20 simultaneous listeners per URL.
How does log retention work?
All received webhooks are logged and stored for the duration specified by your plan. Older logs are automatically deleted.
What if my local server isn't running?
Webhooks are always received and logged, even when no CLI is connected. You can replay any stored webhook later from the dashboard or CLI whenever you're ready (Solo and Team plans).
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. You'll be moved back to the Free plan.
